This User Agreement is a contract between you and the operator of PlayGlade (“we”, “us”) for the browser game Mythbound, including its lobby, matches, account, virtual items, and related pages. By creating an account, signing in, playing as a guest, or ticking the agreement box on the login screen, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with a parent or guardian’s permission, and that adult accepts this agreement for you. You may not use the game if a court or the law forbids you from doing so, or if we have closed your account.
Mythbound is an online card game played in a web browser. We may change rules, heroes, cards, rewards, prices, and features, and we may pause the service for maintenance or safety. We do not promise that the game will be available at all times, or that a particular match, reward, or item will remain available.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play Mythbound for entertainment. You do not own the game, its art, text, audio, heroes, or software. You may not copy, resell, or publicly perform the game except for ordinary personal play and screenshots or short clips that do not harm other players.
Coins, points, scrolls, tickets, heroes, styles, and other in-game goods are licensed digital items, not property you can sell. They have no cash value, are not a deposit, and cannot be redeemed for money. Paid purchases are processed by our payment partner. Prices and contents of packs can change. Except where consumer law gives you a right to a refund, purchases of virtual items are final once the items are delivered to your account.
We may remove items that were granted by a bug, a failed payment, or a breach of this agreement. Daily limits on local-match rewards are part of the game rules.
You agree to play as the game presents itself. You must not:
If you do, we may reset the affected rewards, lock features, or close the account. Online matches are decided by the game server. Telling the server that you won a local match does not by itself create items.
Chat, friend requests, nicknames, and similar content must follow the law and must not include threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, or other people’s private information. We may remove content and restrict chat. You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to store and display it so the game can work.
You may stop playing at any time. You may ask us to close your account, subject to records we must keep. We may suspend or close an account, or stop offering the game, if you break this agreement, if we must do so by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that should survive (license limits, virtual items, liability, and disputes) continue after the account ends.
The game is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that matches will be error-free or that virtual items will hold a particular value or rarity over time.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost items, or lost data, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for a claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us for Mythbound in the three months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you paid nothing, whichever is greater. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update this agreement. The login screen will ask you to accept the new version before you continue when the change is material. The date at the top is the current version. If you do not agree, stop playing and do not tick the box.
Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply. Where the law lets the parties choose, this agreement is governed by the laws of the place where the operator of PlayGlade is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Questions about this agreement can be sent through PlayGlade, the website that hosts Mythbound. Please include your in-game UID if the question is about an account.
